Yoga Classes for All Levels, All Ages

My classes are ‘slow flow’ — allowing the body to gradually explore a range of motion — and suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis.

Classes are often crafted around a theme and are created to help you feeling rejuvenated, calmer, and balanced in mind, body and spirit.

A typical class includes breath work, meditation, mantra, mudra and yogic philosophy while systematically building flexibility and strength.

I will frequently suggest adjustments to help students find what feels right. I encourage the use of props, and suggest you keep blocks, a yoga strap, and a blanket or towel available.

There are currently 4 ways to practice yoga with me:

1 - In Person Classes

2 - Virtual Via Zoom

Classes are live and broadcast via Zoom. After the class, you can also access a recording for 5 days. Register as if you were attending in person. Please see my Calendar for links to register.

3 - Video On Demand

4 - Private Sessions for Individuals, Couples and Small Groups

Special Workshops

I offer a variety of special workshops throughout the year, usually once a month, and centered around a theme related to personal growth and exploration. For example, an upcoming Sunday workshop might include yoga nidra, restorative yoga, gentle flow and journaling on the theme of transition and managing uncertainty.
