Theme: Transtions/Thresholds: “A threshold is a point at which something changes or begins. It can be be a physical point , like a doorway separating two rooms, or an abstract concept, like a transition from adulthood to older adulthood. In either case, a threshold represents a change, you leave one thing behind and enter something new” Morgan Harper Nichols.
Fall is a time of transition, and we are all navigating transitions because life is full of change. Join us as we meditate, reflect, practice yoga and deeply relax with Yoga Nidra.
